What we collect

When you place an order or enquiry we receive the details you type (name, mobile, e-mail, firm, city, state, GSTIN, BUSY serial number, message) through WhatsApp or e-mail. Our desktop software registers a licence with name, mobile, e-mail and city.

How we use it

Only to answer you, process your order, issue invoices, activate licences and give support. We do not sell or share your details with anyone except BUSY Infotech when needed to issue or renew a BUSY licence.

Your accounting data

Our desktop tools (BharatLaxmi, BharatVishnu, BUSY Data Repair) process your ledgers and company data on your own computer. We do not receive that data unless you send it to us for support.
