Our software

Licence fees are not refundable once the licence key is issued. If a licence cannot be activated on your system and we cannot fix it within 7 days, we refund the amount in full.

BUSY licences

BUSY licences and renewals follow BUSY Infotech's policy; once a BUSY licence is activated it usually cannot be cancelled.

Services

Paid services not yet started can be cancelled for a full refund. Refunds are made to the original UPI account within 7 working days.
